AW420K and what a pile of junk it is. I have lost two keys to this keyboard. 8 times I have been in contact with the Dell call center who tell me that I am not covered for a replacement because I did not take out the right coverage package. I have spent 2830 pounds in cash on the Aurora R16 and the mouse and keyboard. The keyboard is just a pile of junk. By UK law there is a 1 year manufacturers guarantee with all products but the Dell agents just do not get it. If I could I would send back the Aurora R16 and the mouse and the keyboard. Dell do not care about their custmers. I will never but from Dell again. This is not how you treat your customer.
