Audio and Video not in sync in YouTube /Netflix

I am having issues with the Audio and Video not in sync in YouTube /Netflix. After 2-3 minutes of the video playing the audio gets out of sync. This problem does not occur with downloaded MP4 files. All my drivers are up to date and troubleshooters can't find any problems. Not sure where the problem is with my Alienware Laptop
