Hello, I got a 920H headphones back in December of last year from Best Buy. There appears to be a loose wire in the right headphone and the sound either giving static or not working at all. How can I get a replacement?

You may try to submit your warranty claim with following steps:
- Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.
- Enter your email when requested.
- Next provide the purchase information from Best Buy.
- Attach a copy of the receipt (image or PDF) in order to validate the purchase information.
- Briefly explain the issue with your headphones, you should get an agent assigned to assist you.
Note that if the headphones were broken from a fall, accident, causing wiring ruptured, that is not covered.
