AW2521HF vs AW2521HFL, differences?
Hello. Am I the only one who can't see the difference between these two monitors? The features do not look very different, but the price seems very different. Why?

The L stands for Premium. So the "HFL" is the Freesync Premium version. The "HF" is the standard Freesync.
Displays certified for the AMD FreeSyncTM Premium Pro tier include highly accurate luminance and wide color gamut testing to enable an exceptional HDR visual gaming experience. Any game titles that use the previous FreeSync 2 HDR branding, are supported by FreeSync Premium Pro displays. Going forward, new games that support FreeSync Premium Pro technology will use the new branding.

If you look at the specs side by side you see other differences. It's possible they use a different LCD display since one is 99% SRGB while the other one does not say anything about SRGB coverage.
they are both the same price where I live.

The L also has : AlienFX lighting system, USB 3.0 hub
The non L does not have that according to the specifications.

The "L" in this case means that it has different color chassis cover, Lunar Light vs Dark Side of the Moon.
Both sales sites (AW2521HF / AW2521HFL) state that the "Estimated Value" is identical for both $524.99.
Both sales sites state AMD FreeSync Premium. It never mentions Pro.
The identical (AW2521HF / AW2521HFL) User's Guide shows same specifications for both and states AMD FreeSync Premium. It never mentions Pro.
The pricing difference you see on Dell.Com is coming from a special promotion being run on the AW2521HFL Lunar Light version.
