AW2521HF, Nvidia reflex, USB port do not recognize mouse

Greetings

I just purchased the new Dell AW2521HF.

I can't get the Nvidia reflex latency analyzer to work as my front USB port of the AW2521HF won't recognize the mouse (no light/power comes through).

Mouse: BenQ ZOWIE EC2 (Medium) Esports Gaming Mouse (3360)
OS: Windows 10, updated
I also updated the AW2521HF firmware with the October update, didn't help.

Possible solutions?

Regards

I am not sure if it is important but the rest of my rig:

Mb: aorus master 550
GPU: aorus master 3080
CPU: Ryzen 5800xt

All updated firmware.

Reply to the DELL-Cares private message with the private AW2521HF service tag number.

"as my front USB port of the AW2521HF"
The AW2521HF monitor does not have a front USB port? The AW2521HF monitor has four rear blue USB 3.0 ports. Did you test the mouse on all four?

"I also updated the AW2521HF firmware with the October update"
We do not see any "firmware" updates on the AW2521HF driver page?

Hi Chris

First, thank you for your quick reply, appreciate it :).

I unfortunately miss copied the wrong name adding an F to the end of it (I guess that is an exact product name of another monitor)

This is the one, the front ones are the ones that according to the manual eligible for the Nvidia reflex USB port (they also show up highlighted on the screen menu when I activate the feature on the screen)

As per your advice, I also tried the ports behind, that unfortunately did not work.

Start by opening the online AW2521H User's Guide.

Show me front USB downstream ports? I only see the four USB downstream ports on the bottom.

Pages 13 and 14 =

1. Is the provided USB 3.2 Gen1 (5 Gbps) upstream cable connecting to #8 SuperSpeed USB 5
Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen1) Type-B upstream port and the other other end of the upstream cable connecting to a USB port on the PC?

2. Connect the mouse to the #5 bottom downstream port

I guess the zowie mouse isn't compatible?

I did look through this, missed this as a requirement, thank you for highlighting that for me. I got power to the mouse now, lights up, but I still can't measure the input lag. The UI for the input lag show up in the top left corner but it show as: XX.XXX all the time.

Did you plug the provided USB into both your monitor and your laptop?

My Logitech mouse works.
