Aurora R15, deep sleep when idle for long hours
Alienware Aurora R15
Hello.
I have the aurora R15, and when the desktop is idle for a long time (mostly weekend when i need to travel), i can see remotelly that it still on, but every access / virtual machines that runs on it cannot be accesed.
Also, i can see that every led is turned off, but the cooler is still running. After pressing one key, the desktop lights turn on, and everything is back online again.
In the energy profile in windows, i dont have any kind of setting or sleep configured.
Do you guys know what is going on? thx

You can try to set power plan option to High Performance or Ultimate Performance.

While set in high performance, The PC never goes to sleep, only the monitor goes to sleep in 15 min by default. Maybe just the appearance but the PC didn't actually go to sleep mode?
