Optiplex have a DVD burner download software available?

I just reformatted my Optiplex 620 c drive and now I want to start using the DVD burner function to back up my data. I belive all the drivers are re-installed, but I don't have a DVD burner software loaded. Dell downloads doesn't show a software available for this purpose. Is a download available, or do I need to buy Roxio or similar to get this burner working?

The burning software is not available as a free download.  Contact
Dell and request the disc.

Can some one give me a link for a disc drive download the D: thing because some one in my family has deleted it and i checked under my computer and its not there so i needa download a driver thing my driver is a BenQ DvD r/rw and the serial code thing is LELG243168 on my disc drive plz messege me at my msn its eseer007@hotmail.com thanks
