Spam Emails from "Amazon"

Getting a LOT of these auto-confirm and auto-update emails supposedly from Amazon about order status and such, but as of yet I have never done business with them. A little investigation led to some websites that say pressing on the links wil lead straight to some malware.

Tried to block them, but part of the address changes each time. Just wondered if anyone else is dealing with this pest.

Hi,

Don't block the email address. Block the entire domain to avoid this mail's in future. If you are using Outlook.com, Set your junk mail folder sync into medium level.

Hi,

Which service provider are you using? Outlook/Gmail or Yahoo.

I have no idea of how to block the entire domain, or how to sync the junk mail folder.

Instructions of where to go and what to do would be appreciated.

I use Outlook...the version that comes with MSN.com.

Those emails seemed to have subsided, maybe they have moved on, but it would be nice to know how to block future intrusions.

You can report the spam to Amazon and they'll investigate...

Hi,

If you are using Outlook.com (web version). You will block that id and report as "Phishing spam".
