CD Player will not download INTUIT Turbo tax Delux
Recently, the cover late for my CD player broke off. I have not tried to use or read a CD since that happened. Now, when trying to install Turbo Tax, my CD is not being recognized.
Could this be because the cover plate is gone, or is something else wrong?
If that is the problem, how do I get another one?

Hi Katherine,
As far as replacement, this is something you will need to speak with Dell about, depends on warranty and how it may apply to your issue.
For now, lets see if it might be d river issue.
Click on the CD/RW link in my post and scroll to Section 15, article 1; section 20; article 3; Section 11, article 2.
Also we have seen Sonic`s DLA program cause conflicts with installation of some software, if perhaps you have it, consider disabling it, Section 13-0 of the same CD/RW link.
