A920 Printer -- Error window Click N' Ship USPS Postage Labels [cannot print USPS Labels}

After numerous emails to/from USPS tech folks, I am still unable to print Postage Labels via the USPS "Click 'N Ship" website. The USPS techs claim that the A920 All-In-One-Printer will not work with their "Click N'Ship" postage/label program, but since I was using my printer successfully for several months, it sounds to me like something else is blocking the printer from completing the postage-label print out transactions.

I had not had any trouble previous to Sept 3rd, when all of a sudden, - the Click and Ship Program would not print out labels on my A920 Printer. I have not made any changes to my OS {XP}, and have tried disabling the Pop-up and Firewall programs, as was suggested by the Tech Dept at USPS, All to no avail.

Any assistance from Dell's tech folks would be most appreciated.
