MIssing my network controller driver after re-installed windows 7

Hi, I have the same problem as woodfox had, in my network there is no wireless network connection icon, My laptop is Dell Inspiron 15 (3521), and that Device Instance Path number is: PCI/VEN_14E4&DEV_4365&SUBSYS_00161028&REV_01\4&2C2CDEF9&0&00E1.
I tried to instal various of internet drivers that I have found in dell webpage but it didn't solved the problem.
Thank you

I found the Realtek RTL8105E Ethernet controller driver easily for the Inspiron 15 3521. Not sure where you are looking.

I have installed that realtek Ethernet controller driver, but I guess it is not the same as Network Controller driver, since device manager shows that Network Controller driver is still missing, and there is no Wireless Network connection icon on Network Connections tab
