keyboard and mouse will get frozen

When my laptop gets hot, the keyboard and mouse will get  frozen,all the process behind the seen will run fine.If  i reboot, the machine will not start.When it cool after sometime, it
will work for sometime.Fans are working fine.Dell Diaganostics went  fine.

It sounds like the system BIOS is not controlling the processor temperature properly.  Try updating the system BIOS.  Although Dell does not endorse or promote this program, there is also a 3rd party program that many forum users are happy with.  This program is called fangui.
