Upgrading my Alienware Area-51 7500-R4
Hello,
I've got an older Alienware that I am looking to upgrade:
Current Specs...
AREA-51 7500-R4
D- CORE 2 DUO 2.13GHZ E6400 2M CACHE 1066MHZ
EVGA NFORCE 680I SLI MB
EVGA NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800 GTX 768MB PCI-E
4 GIGS RAM
NVIDIA 8800GTX
I'd like to upgrade to...
CORE I5-750 2.66 GHz 64 BIT
INTEL80 GB X25M MAINSTREAM SATA II SOLID STATE DRIVE
ASROCK P55 EXTREME 1156 MOTHERBOARD
8 GIGS OF SOME COMPATIBLE RAM
Alienware says that they won't do the upgrade for me so I will need to do it myself. I'm wondering if anyone has any insights as to problems that I might run into or if you think that this will be pretty standard install.
One thing that I am concerned about is the Liquid Cooled System. I've never dealt with a system that is Liquid Cooled. Does this present any special challenges or is it pretty straight forward?
Thanks for your help.

The best section to post this in, would be the Alienware Owners Club HERE.
