Alienware 14 lights problem
I have Alienware 14. I have been having it for a while and I had no issues with it, but recently when I turn my laptop on the light stay on for 2 sec then they goes off again even if the Alien FX is on. I tried to uninstall the Command Center and install it again but it did not work. any help please?

Hi,
In the right corner of the Windows taskbar, you may have a little alien head icon. If you right click on that icon, you should see some options there. One of the options is "Dim Lighting Zones". Try clicking on that option to see what happens. We have a Dell article that explains different settings that you can check when there are problems with the AlienFX lights.
