In the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt or PowerShell (Depending on which is the default on your Operating System.) Press and hold (or right-click) on the correct icon that is listed: Command Prompt/PowerShell Then select Run as administrator > Yes.
(For Power Users, right-click the start menu. Select the appropriate application from the menu that appears. You can select Command Prompt/PowerShell (Admin) to run as administrator.)
In the command-line window, type the following command followed by pressing the Enter key:

This generates a wireless network report as an HTML file that you can open in a web browser. The report shows all the Wi-Fi events from the last three days, and it groups them by the Wi-Fi connection sessions. These are the common troubleshooting steps for issues with your Wi-Fi connection:
