7.0.400에서 7.0.482로 업그레이드하는 업그레이드 번들 오류 참조

이 이벤트가 발생하기 전과 발생하면 VxRail Manager VM(Virtual Machine)에서 '가상 머신 CPU 사용량'에 관한 주기적인 알림이 표시됩니다.

SSH를 통해 VxRail Manager에 연결하고 top 명령을 실행합니다. 
top

%CPU에 대한 알림: 처음 두 항목은 us와 sy입니다.
us는 사용자 CPU 시간을 의미합니다.
sy는 시스템 CPU 시간을 의미합니다.
이 시나리오에서는 sy가 계속해서 90%를 상회하고 미국은 20% 미만에 머물러 있음을 알 수 있습니다.

Cause

CPU와 메모리가 VxRail Manager VM에 필요한 표준으로 구성되지 않았습니다.
이로 인해 VxRail Manager VM 프로세스에서 대부분의 메모리와 CPU를 사용하게 됩니다. 
이렇게 하면 사용자 프로세스에서 번들의 추출을 완료할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 VM 구성을

변경합니다. VxRail Manager를 종료하는 두 가지 옵션이 있습니다.
1.  SSH 세션에서 다음을 수행합니다. 
shutdown -P

2.  vSphere Client에서 VxRail Manager VM을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 전원, 게스트 OS 종료를 클릭합니다.
vSphere에서 VxRail Manager를 종료할 위치입니다.
 
  • VM이 종료되면 VM Hardware 섹션에서 EDIT를 클릭합니다.
VM 하드웨어 설정을 편집하기 위해 클릭할 위치
  • Hardware Settings 화면에서 CPU를 6GB로, Memory를 16GB로 변경합니다.
설정 편집 화면에서 CPU 및 메모리를 변경합니다.
  • OK를 클릭하고 VM의 전원을 켭니다.
  • 업그레이드를 다시 시도합니다.
