USB keyboard and mouse not functioning.

Resolution

Update Ubuntu by following one of the following methods.

Upgrade Method 1:

  1. Open terminal on Ubuntu.
  2. Input following commands for Sudo apt updates (Figure 1 [English only]).

  3. Input following commands for sudo apt upgrade (Figure 2 [English only]).

  4. Reboot.

Upgrade Method 2:

  1. Open Software Updater (Figure 3 [English only])

  2. The new patch is pushed automatically if there is a network.
  3. Click Install Now (Figure 4 [English only]).
