원인
백업 서버와 메일 서버 간의 통신 부족 또는 운영 체제 수준의 사용 권한 문제 때문일 수 있습니다.

단계
NetWorker는 운영 체제의 메일 명령인 mailx (Linux) 및 smtpmail (Windows)을 사용하여 표준 출력 vial 이메일을 보냅니다. 이메일을 보내기 위해 충족해야 하는 조건을 표시하는 것 외에는 이메일 메시지 전송과 관련된 NetWorker 기능이 거의 없습니다. 예: 백업 완료/실패, 디바이스 가득 참 등
  1. NetWorker Server에서 다음 명령을 실행하여 도메인에 올바른 메일 서버를 사용하고 있는지 확인합니다 (도메인 교체).com을 도메인 이름으로 바꿉니다).
Linux:  
dig +short domain.com MX
Windows: 
nslookup
set q=mx
domain.com
참고: 이 방법으로 메일 서버를 쿼리할 수 없는 경우 도메인/메일 관리자에게 메일 서버 주소를 확인하십시오.
  1. NetWorker Server가 메일 서버를 확인하고 SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) 포트(25)에 연결할 수 있는지 확인합니다( mailserver.domain.com 를 1단계에서 보고한 메일 서버로 대체).
nsrports -t mailserver.domain.com -p 25
NetWorker Server에서 운영 체제의 mail 명령을 실행하여 NetWorker 외부에서 e-메일 메시지를 보낼 수 있는지 확인합니다( recipient@domain.com 를 e-메일 주소로 대체).
Linux:

로그:

Linux NetWorker 서버의 경우 다음 로그 및 디렉토리를 검토하여 메일 문제에 대한 추가 통찰력을 얻습니다.
  • /var/log/maillog
메시지가 전송되고 배달을 위해 수락된 경우 일반 메일 로그 파일입니다.
  • /var/spool/mqueue
mqueue에 중단된 메시지가 서버에서 전송되거나 수락되지 않습니다. 이메일 메시지를 보내고 배달하는 경우 mqueue가 비어 있어야 합니다.

NetWorker Server가 Windows인 경우 Exchange 관리자는 Exchange 측에서 로그를 검토해야 합니다.

결론:

NetWorker Server에서 오류를 식별할 수 있는지 여부에 관계없이 도메인/메일 관리자는 메일 서버의 로그에서 알림과 관련된 특정 오류를 확인해야 합니다. NetWorker Server의 명령줄에서 mail 명령이 성공하면 원하는 알림 필드에 운영 체제의 mail 명령과 옵션을 입력합니다.
