Symptoms

Fingeraftrykslæseren til XPS 9370, XPS 9570 eller Precision 5530 fungerer muligvis ikke korrekt i Windows, men Enhedshåndtering kan registrere fingeraftrykslæserenheden korrekt. Desuden kan Windows Hello muligvis ikke gennemføre tilmelding af fingeraftryk.

Cause

Denne situation kan opstå, hvis Intel SGX Enable-indstillingen i systemets BIOS er ændret fra Enabled (Aktiveret) (standardindstilling) til Disabled (Deaktiveret) eller Software Controlled (Softwarestyret).

Resolution

Hvis du vil ændre denne indstilling, skal du åbne systemets BIOS og opdatere følgende indstilling:

BIOS-indstillinger -> Intel-softwaresikkerhedsudvidelser ->Intel SGX-aktivering: Aktiveret
