要收集 MD3000/3000i 存储上的诊断日志，您需要 Modular Disk Storage Manager v5.0 (MDSM) 和以下步骤：
提醒：如果未指定名称，系统将自动为文件命名。
提醒：支持报告不应大于 3 MB。
- 打开 Modular Disk Storage Manager (MDSM)。
- 连接到要从中收集支持信息的存储设备。
- 选择 Support 选项卡。
- 现在，单击 Gather Support Information。

- 在将显示的下一个对话框中，单击 Save Support Information。
