Brugere af Latitude 7200 2-i-1 kan støde på en firmwarefejl i docken, når de forsøger at opdatere firmwaren på en Dell Docking Station WD15. (Figur 1).

Løsning
Der er ingen hardwarefejl med docken eller computeren.
Opdater Latitude 7200 2-i-1-systemets BIOS til den nyeste version fra Dells supportwebsted (version 1.6.2 eller nyere), før du forsøger at opdatere WD15-dockens firmware.
