New Video BIOS (vBIOS) updates have been released to the Dell Support Site to resolve this:
Updating to the latest vBIOS version available resolves the issue. To download and install the latest vBIOS:
Browse to the Dell Drivers & Downloads page:
Select the Operating System running on your desktop.
Under Category, select Video.
Locate the latest RTX firmware update:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Firmware Update Utility (Version 1.0.0.3, A00 or newer.)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Firmware Update Utility (Version 1.0.0.3, A00 or newer.)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Firmware Update Utility (Version 1.0.0.3, A00 or newer.)
Click Download and save the file to your desktop.
Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved.
Double-click the vBIOS setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
Your desktop restarts during the update process.
