CloudIQ 概觀

CloudIQ 是一款免費的雲端式應用程式，利用機器學習功能，透過智慧、全方位的預測分析，主動監控和測量 Dell EMC 基礎架構和 Connectrix 交換器的整體健全狀況。本文將說明如何在 Dell EMC PowerProtect Data Manager 系統上啟用 CloudIQ 的需求。

有效的 Dell ProSupport 認證
安全遠端服務閘道
的連線能力支援的版本：PowerProtect Data Manager 19.0 或更新版本
 
 

上線

設定 Secure Remote Services

使用系統管理員許可權登入 PowerProtect Data Manager，然後流覽至「系統設定」功能表底下的支援功能表項目目。
如果沒有設定 Secure Remote Services，請提供 Secure Remote Services 主機名稱、使用者名稱和密碼。

流覽至「支援對話」的「AutoSupport」區段。
透過 Secure Remote Services 啟用 AutoSupport，以啟用 CloudIQ 資料收集，然後選取「儲存」。

下表顯示 PowerProtect Data Manager 中已成功啟用 CloudIQ 資料收集的系統。

停用 CloudIQ 資料收集

使用系統管理員許可權登入 PowerProtect Data Manager，然後流覽至「系統設定」功能表底下的支援功能表項目目。
選取「支援」設定對話方塊的「AutoSupport」區段。
停用 AutoSupport 並選取[Save] （儲存）。

存取 CloudIQ 入口網站

在網頁瀏覽器中直接流覽到下列 URL，即可存取 CloudIQ：
HTTPs://cloudiq.dell.com。
使用您的 Dell 專業支援認證登入 CloudIQ。

當新使用者登入 CloudIQ 時，他們會逐步執行下列登錄畫面：

登入 CloudIQ 後，使用者會看到所有成功將資料傳送至 CloudIQ 的系統。 在使用者未成功設定任何系統將資料傳送至 CloudIQ 的情況下，系統會導向至 CloudIQ UI 中的 Connectivity 頁面，在其中會看到其與 CloudIQ 相容的系統。
