XPS 12-9250, 12-7275, Latitude 3490, 3590, 7280, 7480, 5280, 5480, 5580, Precision 3520, OptiPlex 7760, 7460, 7060, 5260, 5060, 3060, 5060 AIO (and later systems) report "No boot device found" when you change the Boot Sequence to Legacy mode in BIOS setup menu.
These specific systems are based on the 7th generation Kaby lake processor (and above) and are designed to boot exclusively in the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) boot environment. As a result, if legacy boot mode is selected, the system will not boot.
You can resolve this issue by returning the system to the UEFI boot mode.
