Symptoms

I computer Inspiron 27 7710, 24 5400, 24 5410, 24 5411 e 24 5415 all-in-one si accendono quando si sposta il mouse o si preme un tasto della tastiera.

Cause

USB Wake Support è attivato per impostazione predefinita nel BIOS. I dispositivi USB collegati alle porte USB 1 e 7 (Figura 1 [solo in inglese]) inviano un segnale di riattivazione quando sono attivi.

Se non si desidera utilizzare la funzione USB Wake Support, collegare il dispositivo USB alla porta USB 6 (Figura 1 [solo in inglese]) o disattivare WAKE on USB nel BIOS del computer.

Seguire questa procedura per disattivare USB Wake Support nel BIOS:

  1. Accendere il computer.
  2. Nella schermata del logo Dell, premere più volte il tasto F2 fino ad accedere al BIOS o alla configurazione del sistema.
  3. Nel BIOS, espandere l'opzione Power Management.
  4. Selezionare USB Wake Support e spostare il dispositivo di scorrimento su OFF per disattivare USB Wake Support.
  5. Cliccare su Apply Changes in fondo alla schermata (Figura 2 [solo in inglese]).
