Symptoms

Inspiron 27 7710-, 24 5400-, 24 5410-, 24 5411- ja 24 5415 All-in-One -tietokoneet muuttuvat, kun hiirtä siirretään, tai painetaan näppäimistönäppäintä.

Cause

USB-herätyksen tuki on oletusarvoisesti käytössä BIOSissa. USB-portteihin 1 ja 7 liitetyt USB-laitteet (kuva 1 [englanninkielinen]) käynnistävät herätyssignaalin, kun ne ovat aktiivisia.

Jos USB Wake Support -toimintoa ei haluta, liitä usb-laite USB-porttiin 6 (kuva 1 [englanninkielinen]) tai poista WAKE ON USB -toiminto käytöstä tietokoneen BIOSissa.

Poista USB-herätystuki käytöstä BIOSissa seuraavasti:

  1. Käynnistä tietokone.
  2. Napauta Dell-logonäytössä F2-näppäintä useita kertoja, kunnes ENTERING BIOS tai System Setup avautuu.
  3. Laajenna BIOSissa Virranhallinta-asetus.
  4. Valitse POISTA USB Wake Support käytöstä siirtämällä liukusäädin off-liitäntään.
  5. Valitse Apply Changes at the bottom (Kuva 2 [englanninkielinen]).
