If you experience a SupportAssist Error Code 2000-0511(See Figure1.) or 2000-0712(See Figure2.) when you start your Dell system.

Dell Support Assist will check all hardware when the system is turned on. In order to protect the safety of the system and avoid the damage caused by high temperatures, it will check whether the fans can run. If the system is under heavy loading, the fan speed is highly functional. SupportAssist may not able to complete the test, and the ePSA would incorrectly recognize system conditions and report the warning message.
Check the fan and vents, ensure there are no obstructions. If the condition permit, you can clean the heatsink/fan.
Check the Bios version, make sure the Bios version is the latest. (click here to get the latest Bios Driver)
Restart your system, confirm whether the fan error code would occur.
