- 打开 Modular Disk Storage Manager (MDSM)。

在选项卡 Summary 中，将显示链接 Collect all Support Data。

此操作将提示打开一个新窗口。单击 Browse 选中用于保存日志的名称和位置。

单击 Start 开始收集支持数据。

此时会出现进度条。收集可能需要长达 5 分钟时间。
- 收集完成后，可通过单击“Ok”来关闭该窗口。
提醒：该实用程序将启动并创建一个包含支持信息的 zip 文件（*.7z 或 *.zip）。如果阵列与一个或多个扩展模块 (Md1xxx) 链接，此过程可能需要大约 10 分钟。
