In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to optimize your system using SupportAssist. SupportAssist helps you to optimize your system by running a series of diagnostic tests to identify modifications to files and settings of your system. This improves your system speed, storage space availability, and stability.
The optimization tasks clean temporary files, tune system performance, optimize network, and remove virus and malware. SupportAssist enables you to perform a particular optimization or run all optimizations at once. To begin, click the "Optimize My System" tile.
If you want to perform a particular system optimization task, click "Run Now" on the respective system optimization tile. During the optimization, the percentage of optimization that is complete is displayed on the tile. After the optimization is complete, a green checkmark and the date are displayed on the tile.
Click the "History" tab to view the details of the optimizations performed on your system. To perform all the system optimization tasks, click "Run All." After each optimization task is complete, a green checkmark and the date, again, are displayed on the respective tile.
