XPS13 9380 - black screen
Black Screen when the computer is on. Try using WindowIcon+P to make sure it is on for screen computer only and it would not work. If I log in using remote desktop, I could see my computer screen. Hard reboot, still not work. Please help. school works and works are behind schedule do to this problem

Do you see anything on screen if you hold the D key though powerup?
(Shine a very bright flashlight to see if there's even a faint image). If there isn't, the most likely cause is a bad system board -- if there is, it's either a bad display or the system board (which powers the backlight).
