XPS 9510 stuck at Dell logo and won't go past.
XPS 15 9510
After replacing the palmrest and clearing the cmos, it won't accept any input to get to the cmos nor anything else. It could be I've connected something wrong. Thanks!

Double check your reassembly to make sure all the internal cables are routed and seated correctly.

your window is not loading correctly, update or reinstall the window again and don't forgot to update all the drivers.
and also check for loose LVDS cable (LCD cable), sometime, the LVDS cable is causing the issue description
