XPS 17 9720 Graphics card features undetected occasionally.

I'm not sure how to replicate it, but sometimes whenever I try to run any game, I get an error message relating to the graphics card not being detected. When I restart the laptop, the issue goes away. Whenever I had the issue, I checked my dxdiag and that led me to seeing that whenever my graphics card isn't being detected, the DDI Version, DXVA2 Modes, and D3D Status is either unknown or not available. I've tried reinstalling my graphics drivers and resetting my laptop multiple times, but the issue still persists. I also tried running the diagnostics tools with Dell, and I'm unable to test the CUDA features of my GPU but the Video features are able to be tested.

Has anyone experienced this, and does anyone know if there's a fix for this?
