XPS 15 9570 PSU overloading

My CPU is a i7-8750H and running Cinebench R23 the CPU was 55W which is 10W above the Design manual standard of 45W.

Now the GTX 1050 Ti is 75W as the NVIDIA logic is well known to be a power pig as well.

Makes me wonder if the 130W PSU is really enough to cope with everything running hard.
