XPS 13 Plus 9320, turns on after shutdown
XPS 13 Plus 9320
Laptop starts again after shutdown i have done everything updated to the last bios version and then downgrade and then to the new one with no luck still have the issue also another problem when i try to start the laptop from the power button nothing happens and after about 1 to 2 minutes laptop start to open
please i need urgent help as i just bought this laptop

Play with the lid switch option. Enables the computer to power up from the off state whenever the lid is opened. The default: ON.

Can anyone from dell assist please as i tried to contact dell support many times without any luck

For the laptop starts up after shutdown problem, check the event viewer for the reason why. If the laptop uses Modern Standby (sleep S0) and if you're using a bluetooth mouse, then any mouse movement after you put the laptop to sleep will wake it up. Windows 11 and Dell have not implemented a method that I'm aware of to turn off the bluetooth when in S0 sleep.
