XPS 13 BIOS Update Failure

I have a Dell XPS 13, 9350, with supposedly a BIOS version of 1.7.0. However msinfo32 tells me my BIOS version is Dell Inc. 1.5.1, 8/18/2017.  I have been getting repeated prompts for some time now to install the "Important Update from Dell", namely the "Dell XPS 13 9350 1.7.0 BIOS". I have installed this several times now, each time requiring a reboot and a notice that the install was successful. Yet it obviously was not, according to my system information and the recurring prompts.

How do I install the latest BIOS?

Thanks Robert P;

I manually downloaded and installed this BIOS update successfully using your link. I will chalk up this glitch to a failure of Dell Update. BIOS updates are not trivial, and this reminds me to never send software to do a man's job.
