XPS 13 9360, i7-8550U, not support TPM & TPM2.0?
XPS 13 9360
The title says it all. I tried to update my drivers, but it didn't work. I tried updating my bios, and I couldn't find the TPM enabling still. I might be looking in the wrong place, so please let me know how to enable TPM so I can update it to 2.0. I need this to get an app running which I can't do without tpm for some reason.

You can look up the system's history (usually including the country of shipment/purchase) using the service tag (assuming that hasn't been changed somewhere in the seven or so years since this model was available as new).
dell.com/support to check.

The system shipped with TPM 1.2 unless it was originally sold in a part of the world (Russia, China, and much of the middle East) where TPM technology was illegal either for local or US export law reasons.
Is the system running in UEFI (not legacy) mode with a GPT filesystem?

@ejn63 yes I checked everything UEFI, GPT, Safe boot, but I don't know if mine is Chinese or any of that which is a HUGE bummer for me since it will gatekeep me from using certain apps

@ejn63 I think its Chinese because when I enter my service tag a pop-up comes up saying "want to use china support or international support".
this is so sad, I guess it is what it is...

Correct.
"The ban dates back to 1999, when China banned foreign TPM chips over national security concerns."

Not unless you're willing to replace the mainboard -- but that will probably cost more than buying a complete, used system that was sold in the US, Canada, etc. initially.

The TPM ban was to stop bitlocker etc which authorities cannot break into
