Oticon Hearing Aids, LE Audio, and direct PC connection

I recently started using Oticon Intent 1 hearing aids and the technical specs state they are enabled for "LE Audio" and "Bluetooth Low Energy technology".  (I assume these are different protocols.)  I have a XPS 15 9520 laptop and do not see any way to directly connect the HAs to the PC.  I used the Oticon ConnectClip to link the HAs and PC and while it worked, there were noticeable latency issues when I looked at some YouTube videos.  Does anyone know if this is a hardware or software issue?  I have the most recent BIOS (1.25.0) on the XPS 15.  I've read, but not verified, that these HAs have good sound quality when paired with those Android smartphones which have LE Audio. (including Pixels and some Samsung phones).  Has anyone had a favorable experience with this?  Thank you.
