XPS 15 9530

XPS 15 9530

I used to press "windows + shift + arrow" to move my tabs around different monitor screens. Now it is not working. Does anyone know why?

What does the Windows Shift Arrow Key do?
Windows key + Shift + Left arrow or Right arrow: Move selected window to the left or right monitor
If the keyboard shortcut Windows key + Shift + Left arrow or Right arrow to move a selected window to a different monitor screen isn't working, you can try these steps:
  • Check the scroll lock: Make sure the scroll lock button on your keyboard is off.
  • Check the auto rotation: In Windows settings, make sure the Rotation lock function is off. To do this, you can:
    1. Click the Start icon on the taskbar
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Display
    5. Under Scale and layout, make sure the Rotation lock function is off
You can also try rearranging your monitors through Windows Display Settings. To do this, you can:
  1. Right click on the desktop
  2. Choose Display Settings
  3. Click the Identify button
  4. left click and hold the screen you want to move
  5. Drag the screen to the location it should be
  6. Release the mouse button
  7. Click the Apply button
