Xenith Pro Not Initialising WebCam Audio

Xenith Pro Not Initialising WebCam Audio

Currently testing different Webcams with the Xenith Pro. Unfortunately when the device is attached to the Wyse client the following Message appears under System Information on the client:

USB AUDIO: Device failed to initialize

The webcam initializes fine but the audio doesnt even using supported webcams like Logitech Webcam 9000.

Has anyone come across this problem or even better know a fix? Thanks

Xenith 1.7 (currently in beta) addresses this limitation. Please check with your Wyse rep for access to beta or if you wait a few weeks it should be available

I have just recived a trial of the Xenith and it has 1.7 beta installed and does the same thing with the same Camera as the poster

Colind- Are you also using the Logitech 9000? Have you tried to use USB redirection instead? You can do so by going into the global connection settings and selecting the option to make sure that video devices are redirected with USB redirection. In any case, I recommend sending a note to whomever you got the trial of 1.7 from so that it can be investigated further through our support process.
