Wyse D90D7 Can't get max resolution
Wyse D90D7 Can't get max resolution
Hi everyone.
I have been working on a new Wyse for a client. It is a D90D7 with a specified max resolution of 1900x1200 on the DVI port however, the list of available resoltuons is below this. I have updated the firmware to v9.04 B855 with no change. I can use a monitor that is running 1900x1200 on an old S0 Wyse and I still don't get the option.
I have tried to create a case using the Wyse support site but no matter what I do I get an SQL error and can't find any way to contact Wyse directly.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I'm at the end of my rope.
Glenn.
