Citrix Online Plugin - Full Screen issues

We have a handful of c90LE7 terminals where the typical setup for these terminals is dual monitors and users that just launch the Citrix Online plugin where they get brought into a full screen session across both monitors.

The issue that we're running into is that it seems when the user locks / turns off their monitors for a set amount of time the resolution adjusts which bounces the Citrix full screen window out of full screen mode and windows it. The users are then forced to logoff and log back in to regain use of both monitors.

Any thoughts on if it is a configuration issue on the terminal or a Citrix issue?
