5070 Win10 IoT - customizations like unattended file

Hey guys!

we're trying to deploy an captured image but several things aren't as expected.

e.g. wrong language after deployment through WMS and

OOBE - i couldn't figure out, how to skip OOBE like with an unattended file.

is there a way customize those and other settings?
