Unable to redirect USB Badge Reader
Unable to redirect USB badge reader through horizon client on Thinclient Optiplex 3000 ,ThinOS 9.4 (2308).
All instructions about USB policies have been done, However, the reader didn't redirect.
We use RFID reader from Nodic ID
Anyone else experiencing issues like this?

Our organization has had nothing but problems with RFID badge readers since the ThinOS 2308 release. We had been using these with ThinOS for nearly 10 years without any issues. I've had three separate cases open for this issue and still no resolution in site. Our issue sounds a bit different because the badge readers initially work then randomly stop working. The only way to get the reader working again is the reboot the thin client.
