Unable to get local issuer Certificate

We have an old storefront, which uses public CA (godaddy.com). 

Wyse terminal can access the old storefront without any problem.

We built a new storefront, which uses Enterprise PKI instead of godday.com.

the WMS was configured to install the certificate. 

The Wyse 5070, Wyse ThinOS (2208 (9.3.2102)) and Citrix Workspace Citrix_Workspace_App_22.7.0.20.2..

It cannot login and showed "unable to get local issuer Certificate"
