Hi,
As far as RDP connection is concerned, the Desktop Scale Factor is set at Connection Manager / Global Connection Setting / RDP.
You can set in on the device but this parameter is not retained after a reboot... Which is flabbergasting.
So you have to set it on the WMS side.
