Reinstall WES7 - problem with executing OS image

Hello everyone,

I have following issue - I have downloaded "BDB0_0858_8192.exe" - WES7 image for Dell Wyse D90D7 device (source: https://appservices.wyse.com/pages/serviceandsupport/support/dlOraFW.asp?which=159&Model= )

When I try execute this file I've got message: "This app can't run on your PC" (Win8/10 x64). I tried run this exe on WES 7 OS (x32; other Wyse device), but the same message: "BDB0_0858_8192 is not a valid Win32 application".

What’s going on or what I'm doing wrong?
