pb wifi on wyse 5213
Hi ,
i doesn't know how you manage the wifi on dell wyse 5213 , My OS is 8.0_505 .
i don't use WDM , i use the OS provide by dell for manage my dell wyse .
For the lan no pb i plug it work .
When my OS start i see system information windows , in "event log" i see this message " WLAN: intel wireless pcie probe fail".In Desktop --> System Setup --> Network Setup , in Wireless impossible to scan , i try to add a new SSID "test" without password .. i reboot but nothing happen .
When i go in BIOS a see wireless : enable
So i would like ask to the community , i you did for manage the Wlan ?

The 5213 is not field upgradeable. the wireless option is factory installed only.

Jonathan,
the 5213 comes in two flavors, with Wireless and without wireless. If you have a wireless Adapter installed on your device, Go to System Settings>Network Setup>Wireless. If your wireless network SSID is displayable, select it and click "Properties" to configure it. If there are no SSID's displayed, click on "Scan" to view a list of available networks, then select the appropriate SSID and click on "Edit" to edit the parameters.
If your 5213 does not have wireless, the wireless option will be grayed-out and will not be able to configure.
Wireless version has P/N 909923-51L, Dell SKU A8475741

Is that possible to upgrade to WiFI? Is there a part number for that?
