Wyse 5070 is a thin client that runs on ThinOS, ThinLinux and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise. It can not run independently as a home PC.

Go with "F12" to Boot Menue, boot any usb for installing an OS, Bios Pass is: Fireport mostly, otherwise use the PW Rest setting Jumper inside.

I have an 5070 running with Linux Mint and one with Windows 11. It Works perfectly, for just an Small office PC the Performance is okay. Maybe you need to install an m2 ssd (not NVM) to get more space if needed. As Delljunkie123 says you need an USB Stick with installation Media, Plug it in and press F12 after Power On. Its Possible to use both, Windows and ThinOS on a 5070, works fine for me.
