Dell support

Hello guys.

I'd like to ask the community how do they handle Dell support requests. Also, I hope this post will be seen by Dell guys.

We have lots of Dell servers in various countries. For instance, The Netherlands.

Let's say we have a faulty drive, that we need to change by warranty. What should I do? Here is what I usually do:

1) Go to dell.com

2) Find Dell tech support

3) Try to contact via email. Website tells me, that I need to go to the Netherland's website, 'cause the server with this tag is registered in the Netherlands. Okay.

4) I go to the Netherlands website, where everything is in Dutch. Wow! I'm struggling to fill in the form and to send the request.

5) Receive an email from Dell in Dutch again.

Is there a more effective way to send a support request?

I know that I can call, but that is really painful to spell dell tag over the phone, then an email, etc.
