Wyse Management Suite 4.0 not loading

Hi All,

I am looking to deploy some WYSE Clients in our environment and have started setting up the Management Suite. I got the current version from Dell Support - WMS 4.0.0.526.

Processed the install which seemed to go fine, specified the necessary database passwords, allocated a domain account to act the service account and made sure its listed in the local policy for log on a service.

After install, which does not show any errors - it starts to load in Edge at https://localhost.domain/ccm-web/setup but the page immediately stops loading "Cant reach this page" / "Refused to connect."

I checked the running services and can see all the Dell Wyse services, Software Vault, MariaDB, Memcached, MongoDB, MQTT Broker and Tomcat Service are running with no issue.

I tried applying the hotfix 4.0.0.550 but this fails to install - logs below:

Anyone had similar issues with this as unable to even get into the web UI to start the configuration or update past the current version to see if that can fix it.
